I am Maverick Mora, the Chief Executive Officer and Audio Engineer at LRAV. I have always had a passion for music and technology, and I combined these two interests to pursue a career in the audiovisual industry.

Starting as a freelance audio engineer, I gained experience in the field and developed a strong network of clients. This eventually led to helping start LRAV, where I have been able to merge my love for audio engineering and entrepreneurship.

As CEO, I oversee all aspects of the company, from day-to-day operations to long-term strategic planning. I also continue to work as an audio engineer, providing top-notch sound quality for our clients’ events. My team and I work tirelessly to provide our clients with cutting-edge technology and exceptional service.

At LRAV, we are committed to excellence and innovation. I am proud to lead a team of talented professionals who share this passion for delivering top-quality audiovisual experiences. 

I’m Ivey Rivera the Chief Financial Officer at LRAV. As CFO, my primary responsibility is to ensure the financial health of the company. I work closely with our team to make informed business decisions and create strategies that promote growth and stability. I oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Being part of the LRAV team is truly rewarding. I am proud to be a part of a company that values hard work, dedication, and innovation. I am committed to helping LRAV achieve its goals and thrive in a constantly evolving industry. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my family.

I’m Rick Mora, the Chief Operating Officer at LRAV. My journey in the audiovisual industry started in 1986 when I joined the Marriott Chicago Downtown. There, I was honored with the prestigious Marriott Golden Circle Award, given to only one winner out of 2,000+ Marriott Properties. As I continued my career I eventually became the first person in the South Region to not only qualify our property for the PSAV Global awards but also win the award.

Now with 37 years of experience in the industry, I’m still as passionate as ever about engaging with people and providing top-notch services to our clients. As the COO of LRAV, I’m dedicated to ensuring that our team delivers the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality work.

I’m Christian DeLeon, and I am the Chief Strategy Officer and Entertainment Director and DJ for LRAV. I’ve had the pleasure of performing at some incredible venues over the years, but one of my personal favorites has to be Walt Disney World. To have the opportunity to DJ on their main stage was a dream come true for me. Being a high-end MC and DJ for a variety of awesome events has been an incredible journey, and I’m thrilled to bring my experience and expertise to the LRAV team. I’m passionate about providing unforgettable experiences for our clients, and I’m always looking for new and exciting ways to elevate our events.

My name is Luis Rivera and I am the Chief Technology Officer, Premier Video Tech, and Founder of LRAV, an Audio Visual company based in Orlando, FL. My journey in the audio visual industry started when I was just 12 years old, working with my family member to create a DJ company called Always a Party in 1999.

As I gained more experience and skills, I began freelancing for companies like Hi-Tech and AVW doing audio visual events. By 2006, I was working for many audio visual companies and Always a Party had evolved into Pro Audio Visual and DJ. In 2008, we dropped the DJ from our name and shifted our focus to corporate events.

From 2008 to 2016, I focused on becoming master certified in all areas of audio visual and worked on all types of logistics, trucking, and gear rentals. During this time, we serviced companies like Microsoft, Walmart, government organizations (including the White House), medical companies (Edwards and McKesson), and many other Fortune 100 companies.

In 2017, I founded LRAV to cater to a more demanding high-end service, which includes video going from HD to 4K, audio from analog to full digital, lighting going from analog to network-based, and network as a whole. We stepped into the Zoom world and were already highly skilled in the network base area, which allowed us to easily transition to the heavily virtual and network-based world that emerged in 2020 due to the COVID pandemic.

In 2021, LRAV became one of the first companies to bring all elements of virtual reality like extended reality, augment reality, and virtual reality inside a ballroom, arguably one of the first. In 2022, in-person events made a huge comeback along with hybrid events, and LRAV became a global leader in that space.

Today, LRAV is staffed with many full-time family members trained in all areas to the highest level of audio visual with truly the very highest technology offered today. Together with the very best clients, who we also call family, we continue to innovate and lead in the audio visual industry.

Hi, I’m Michael Norton, the Chief Information Officer and Lighting Director at LRAV. I’ve always been fascinated by technology and how it can be used to create immersive experiences, which led me to pursue a career in audiovisual production.

As the Chief Information Officer, I’m responsible for ensuring that our technology infrastructure is robust, secure, and reliable. This includes managing our network, hardware, software, and cloud services, as well as keeping up with the latest trends and emerging technologies.

As the Lighting Director, I oversee all aspects of lighting design and programming for our clients’ events. From concert stages to corporate conferences, I strive to create the perfect atmosphere for each event, using the latest lighting equipment and techniques.

I’m Danielle Brebberman, Entertainment Director for LRAV. I am an experienced entertainer who has been involved in the industry for 14 years. In 2017, I began a new venture as a DJ in Orlando, and it quickly became a passion. With a desire to express myself through performance, DJing became another outlet to showcase my talents. Specializing in a variety of genres, I am a versatile performer who can cater to any crowd, whether it be for corporate events, emceeing, or high-energy shows. My wide-ranging skills have earned me opportunities to perform at renowned venues such as Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, LivGolf, and even open for the world-famous DJ, Diplo. Through my years of experience, I have developed a unique approach to DJing that creates a dynamic and unforgettable experience for any audience. With a deep passion for music, I am committed to delivering a performance that keeps the crowd moving and leaves a lasting impression. I intend to pursue my passion for entertainment and am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.

I am Luis Adams, an experienced AV Professional in charge of concert, touring, sales, and project management. With 20+ years in touring and AV industry, I have also gained knowledge with logistics and OTR driving. My main focus used to be in the Caribbean, but has since expanded to North America, South America and Europe. Let’s elevate your vision to the next level with LRAV.

I’m Jessica Rivera, the Director of Facilities for LRAV. I have always had a passion for ensuring that things run smoothly and efficiently, which is what drew me to the field of facilities management. I have developed a strong skillset in coordinating maintenance, repairs, and construction projects. I am dedicated to creating a safe and comfortable work environment for our team members, and ensuring that our facilities are always up to par to support the excellent services we offer our clients. Working at LRAV has been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I’m excited to continue growing and learning with this dynamic team.

Experienced Warehouse AV Professional, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. Offstage, I’m a skilled drummer, and music lover. As a father of two and a dedicated husband, family is my top priority. Known of Amy high-spirited and playful nature, I bring positive energy to everything I do. Let’s collaborate and create unforgettable experiences together!

I’ve been passionate about sound since I started DJing at the young age of 13 in clubs in Puerto Rico. I later started a small AV company which took me on tour as a stage manager, and over time, my love for my craft continued to grow. Today, I’m still in love with my work, constantly evolving and adding lighting and video skills to my expertise. I’m proud to say that my audio work during the President’s visit to Florida was recognized by the White House communication agency. Being a part of the LRAV family is a true honor, and I’m excited to grow and learn with such a talented and dedicated team of professionals.

My name is Yessenia Ortiz and I am the Marketing Director at LRAV. The Marketing department’s role is to develop and implement LRAV’s marketing strategy, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and ultimately driving revenue growth. I work closely with our operations and sales team to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals and that we are delivering a consistent message across all channels.

One of the things I love most about working at LRAV is the people. We have an incredible team of talented individuals who are passionate about what they do and are committed to delivering the best possible experience for our customers. I am constantly inspired by their creativity, innovation, and dedication to excellence.

I’m Summer Campagna, one of the Marketing Specialist for LRAV. I am driven by a profound passion for marketing, finding joy in crafting strategies that captivate audiences and amplify brand presence. My knowledge on content creation shines through by producing compelling materials such as eye-catching visuals, engaging videos, and captivating blog posts. My mission is to elevate company visibility and magnetize clients through innovative and impactful marketing initiatives.

I’m Gabriel Abreu, the Senior Warehouse Technician here at LRAV. I have been gaining knowledge and experience in the AV industry for a few months now, and continuously adapt to new findings. The education I have learned from working at LRAV will help me become a better audio and video technician. I currently dabble on a few personal audio and video projects to practice my skills. I am confident in my work ethic, labor, and customer service at the LRAV warehouse.

I’m Luis Reveron, one of the main warehouse technicians. I have been in the Hotel AV industry for a few years, and continuously adapt to new findings. The education I have learned from working at LRAV will help me become a better audio and video technician.
